Return Policy
icoshi’s return policy is valid for 14 days from delivery. If during that time you wish to return your items, the item(s) must be in unused condition and in the same condition as you receive it. This means that items must be in the original packaging and with the original tags still attached and in new condition. Merchandise must be as new, unused and unwashed when returning (try-ons are ok!).
Please note: All Hoodies, Custom Items, Gift cards and Final Sale items are non-refundable
To complete your return request, please fill out the form on the Contact Us page so that we know to expect your return. To complete your return, please also include your name & order number with your return (a print out of your original order confirmation is ideal).
Note: Only items purchased through icoshi's website may be returned to our online warehouse. Any in-store purchases must be returned to the store you purchased the shirt from. Etsy and Amazon orders must be returned through those websites.

Note that the customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Items that are returned damaged and/or are not considered re-sellable (in our sole discretion) will be returned to you. In this occurrence you must pay for return shipping again.
Depending on your location, the time to receive your refund will vary. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to process back to your credit card.
We recommend using a trackable and traceable return service in your shipping, or purchase shipping insurance. icoshi cannot guarantee that your return item will be received as that will be the responsibility of the mail courier you choose to use.
Once we receive an item for return we will endeavor to notify you as soon as possible that we have received it and will begin processing your refund.
Exchange Policy
Due to inventory fluctuations and order volumes, we do not currently offer straight exchanges since we cannot guarantee the size and style you want to exchange for would be in stock once your exchange is received and checked over by our staff.
If you need to exchange for a different size or style, follow the return policy to return your item and then place a new order. This will guarantee that your selection will get to you.
