icoshi’s office & distribution centre is located in Whistler, Canada. We are a small, growing business and our main areas of market are the USA and Canada.

Like many businesses today we are an online store so we do not have a physical storefront, however we have an address for mail, returns & exchanges.

We do not offer local pickup, however we do offer free local delivery to anywhere in the Whistler, Canada area!

We do work hard to prevent any purchases that contain out of stock items. Our systems are designed to dynamically update stock levels in real time. Occasionally some orders may slip through that we are unable to fill. In these instances, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund you for the out of stock item, or give you the option to change your order. We may be able to provide an estimated restock date for some items.

We have the right to either cancel the out of stock item(s) or your order entirely. We will issue a refund on the original form of payment.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped it may be possible, provided we have not started creating your order. Please email info@icoshiofficial.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. icoshi cannot guarantee order cancellation requests will be honored. If your order has already shipped we are unable to cancel your order.

We only ship to addresses in Canada and the USA at this time

Generally orders sent within Canada are with UPS or occassionaly via Canada Post. Orders sent to the USA are generally with UPS or occasionally USPS.

This is subject to change at any time and is not a guarantee.

All orders will be trackable and you will receive the tracking number to follow your package delivery.

If you need to change your delivery address please notify us as soon as possible. We cannot change the delivery address for orders that have already shipped.

If you need to change your delivery address, please email us at info@icoshiofficial.com and we will try to change it, however we cannot guarantee address changes will be possible.

You can track your package once it has shipped. We will send you your tracking number. If you order shows as delivered but you can’t find it, please:

• Verify the delivery address

• Verify the delivery person with the tracking ID

• Look for an attempted delivery notice

• Check if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf (roommate, family member, neighbor, front office, etc.)

• Check your mailbox

• Check your porch/mailbox camera footage (if you have one) to verify the order was delivered

• Wait 48 hours. In some rare cases, packages will be delivered up to 48 hrs after a ‘delivered’ notice is received.

If you do the above and still cannot find your package, please contact the courier company directly.
Unfortunately icoshi cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. If your order tracking number shows as ‘delivered’, neither icoshi nor the courier company can be held responsible. You should contact the courier company to discuss in the event of an error in the delivery.

Our hoodies and sweatpants are all designed to be gender-neutral and worn by anyone at all.

Our button-down shirts are designed for men.

All of our clothing is designed for adults - we do not currently stock children's sizes.

Button-Down Shirts

icoshi shirts are a slim fit. This differs from a ‘regular fit’ shirt as it is a slimmer, more refined, physique enhancing slimmer cut. While generally not more restrictive, the slim fit is more narrow and is slightly tighter in the arms, waist and chest area. Many dress shirts are slim fit so you may already be familiar with this type.

Generally the size you would normally buy in a button-up shirt is the right size for you. For example, if you normally buy a button up shirt in Medium, then a Medium icoshi shirt is likely the best fit for you.

However if you prefer a looser or more casual fit for your shirt then we would recommend ordering one size up.

Hoodies and Sweatpants

Our hoodies and sweatpants are generally true to size. They are not designed to be oversize, loose or baggy, and are more of a fitted design.

If you prefer an oversize or looser fit we would recommend ordering one size up.

Please see the size charts for more information and to be certain you are ordering the correct size.

Embroidery hoop marks are a normal part of the embroidery process. Whilst we do our best to remove these before they get to you, they may occassionally still be visible. These are not permanent and will come out after the first wash.

Any pen marks are used in the embroidery process for measurements are made with disappearing ink. These will come out when combined with water (i.e. in the first wash) and are not permanent.

All of icoshi's embroidery is backed with a stabilizer that is cut to slightly larger than the embroidery design. Stabilizers are an essential and normal part of embroidery and they support the fabric, the stitches and the embroidery design to help avoid stretching or puckering.

All of our hoodies and sweatpants use cutaway stabilizer on the back of the designs. To best look after your clothing, don't rip or cut this stabilizer as it may damage the clothing or the embroidery.

Our hoodies & sweatpants are pre-shrunk and treated to ensure minimal shrinkage. However to get the best performance out of your hoodies or sweatpants, you should follow these care instructions:

• Machine wash cold
• Hang dry
• Iron low temperature
• Dry clean is OK
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Wash with similar colors
• Wash inside out
• Gentle cycle

The use of fabric softeners can be detrimental to your clothes as residue from fabric softener can build up over time. The material and embroidery may also experience damage because of the chemicals so it is best to avoid using fabric softener. We recommend using an organic or natural detergent in your washing machine.

Button Down Shirts

To get the best performance out of your button-down shirt, you should follow these care instructions:

• Machine wash cold
• Gentle cycle
• Tumble dry low
• Warm iron
• Dry clean is ok
• Do not bleach

The use of fabric softeners can be detrimental to your clothes as residue from fabric softener may build up over time. The material may also experience damage because of the chemicals so it is best to avoid using fabric softener. We recommend using an organic or natural detergent in your washing machine.

Try to avoid placing your iron directly on the embroidered design. To keep your embroidery looking fresh and new, use a pressing cloth on the back of the the embroidery and iron on top. It is best to avoid steaming your garments or the embroidery.

If you experience pucking on your design, a gentle steam-less iron will bring your design back to life and looking like new!
